Farm Heroes Saga is one of King's beloved casual games titles with over 4 million daily players. We are looking for a versatile and creative Product Manager interested in pushing our understanding and the performance of our In

  • App Purchase (IAP) and Advertising monetisation as a part of the Farm Heroes Saga team.
As a Product Manager, you will improve, optimise and develop the monetisation experience for Farm Heroes Saga. You will work with a cross
- functional team of designers, data scientists, developers, producers, and product peers in a fun, dynamic, and fast
- paced environment.

You will be a part of the full development cycle:

from using analytics to draw insights to inform of key opportunities and product priorities, to using those takeaways for input into the design of new features and optimisations, in order to increase user engagement and monetisation.


Your role within the Kingdom

  • Shape the Monetisation and Advertising product roadmap within Farm Heroes Saga.
  • Create a deep understanding of player/payer behaviour and key metrics; leverage data
- driven and market insights to identify new opportunities that are aligned with business objectives and goals.

  • Design, optimise and price merchandising initiatives to drive IAP transactions and increase conversions; improve the player experience to drive high advertising engagement.
  • Explore micro
- segmentation to create tailored player experiences and optimise player segments to maximise feature performance.

  • Actively monitor the performance of AB tests and use data and analytical tools to analyse AB tests with confidence and drive through recommendations for further feature improvements.
  • Foster strong cross
- craft relationships within the area and the wider Farm team to ensure a collaborative approach to achieving ambitious results.

  • Liaise with our internal stakeholders including Activision Blizzard Media, other Game teams, and Product Peers to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and bring product cohesion.

  • Prior experience in an industry characterized by short implementation cycles such as e
- commerce, online products/services or games.

  • Highly analytical, with proven experience in big data decision
- making.

  • Experience in behavioural psychology/economics and/or pricing.
  • Strong interest in identifying problems, troubleshooting issues, and problem
- solving.

  • Superior attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills. A curious attitude to explore new ideas, learn, and contribute to innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work in self

- orientated environments.
