WHAT WE ARE SEARCHING FOR
- Realizar análisis sistemáticos, evaluación integral, definición y coordinación eficiente de medidas destinadas a mitigar los riesgos de seguridad de la información dentro REM
- Realización de análisis exhaustivos de amenazas, riesgos e incidentes, contribuyendo a una comprensión de los riesgos y amenazas potenciales
- Participar activamente en auditorías internas y externas para garantizar la alineación con los estándares y directrices de seguridad, identificando oportunidades de mejora dentro del dominio de la seguridad
- Generar regularmente indicadores de rendimiento para informar de la situación, lo que facilita una visión general transparente del panorama de la seguridad
- Asumir un papel fundamental como punto focal para la gestión de riesgos y la continuidad del negocio, asegurando la identificación y resolución adecuada de los riesgos potenciales, y garantizando operaciones comerciales sin interrupciones
- Colaborar con el departemento central de IT (RITS) para formular estrategias de seguridad duraderas que armonicen con los objetivos de la compañía, fortaleciendo simultáneamente las medidas de protección contra las amenazas existentes y emergentes
- Contribuir significativamente al diseño e implementación de una arquitectura de seguridad para la infraestructura de TI de la empresa, abarcando la selección, implementación y configuración juiciosa de tecnologías y soluciones de seguridad de vanguardia
- En casos de brechas de seguridad o crisis significativas, asumir un papel fundamental dentro del equipo de gestión de crisis de la empresa, contribuyendo a las decisiones estratégicas que dan salida y soluciones a las crisis
- Aseguramiento del cumplimiento de normativas vigentes en el ámbito de la industria de defensa y resto de normativas aplicables al ámbito de la seguridad de la información como pueden ser la ISO 27001 o la normativa NIST y cumplimiento de las directrices marcadas por el CCN-CERT

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
- Grado en Ingeniería Informática y/o Telecomunicaciones
- Experiência en equipos de Ciberseguridad
- Experiência de 5 a 7 años en seguridad de la información, cumplimiento y gestión de riesgos
- Conocimiento del análisis, evaluación y optimización de procesos (relacionados con la seguridad)
- Inglés B2 o en adelante
- Apertura de miras en temas del entorno de TI y seguridad de la información
- Una buena comprensión de los procesos de negocio de la empresa y de los riesgos empresariales
- Habilidades de negociación y liderazgo para colaborar con los proveedores
- Gestión de riesgos y toma de decisiones
