- As a visionary, grasp the broader picture of our target audience, business model, competitors, and market entry strategy.
- Collaborate closely with our Product and Design teams as a strategic advisor to ensure alignment.
- Engage with cross-functional teams including Business Operations, Data, UX-Research, Go-To-Market, and Customer Care leaders to drive a cohesive approach.
- Translate customer research, competitive analysis, and market insights into actionable stories that guide product and go-to-market strategies.
- Consolidate and analyze both internal and external research data to support strategic decision-making across leadership teams.
- Present findings through various formats such as data visualizations, presentations, and written reports to communicate insights clearly.
- Introduce specialized research methods to collect comprehensive insights on personas, customers, competitors, and products.
- Establish and maintain a robust research oversight model to enhance insights gathered from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop a program delivering insights on competitor products and market strategies to drive actionable decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and foster connections externally to stay abreast of best practices.
- 5+ years of experience in Voice of the Customer, market research, and competitive intelligence.
- Proven track record in building research and insights functions.
- Ability to transform research and intelligence into compelling narratives.
- Deep understanding of Product functions and the role of insights in decision-making.
- Proficiency in planning, managing, and conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with diverse teams.
- Strong executive presence and the capacity to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Initiative-driven with sound judgment and the ability to anticipate needs.
