¿Dónde trabajarás?:
Our client is a multinational in Barcelona.
¿Qué harás?:
- In your daytoday:
- You will receive incoming calls and mails from partners related to leads and opportunities, and provide administrative support.
- You will ensure lead/eEnquiry qualification and distribution.
- You will create and prepare quotes for P/F Partner, margin/contribution calculation, approval workflows, followup, revision closing.
- You will ensure quote creation, followup, revision closing for Basic Products in T-Markets without Channel Partner.
- You will assure validity of contracts and other legal documents.
- You will maintain the CRM/ERP.
- You will support MM/Business in organizing Channel Partner Trainings and Events (onsite and virtual).
- You will support and cooperate closely with LSSC in daily operation and housekeeping tasks.
¿A quién buscamos?:
- You're the person we're looking for if:
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position: providing administrative support to the sales process.
- You have experience on supporting/working with dealers/partners/distributors.
- You have experience working for nonSpanish markets: LatAm, Middle East, Africa, Europe...
- You have a native level of Italian, a high level of English and an intermediate level of Spanish. Any other languages will be a plus.
- You have excellent communication skills and know how to build longterm relationships with partners/distributors.
- You're proactive, stable, empathetic and a strong team player.
