Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of Paid Digital Consideration and Conversion strategy with a focus on Social Media channels
  • Transform our Advertising campaigns into customized Social content tailored to the target audience
  • Create and manage performance media campaigns, including set-up, media handling, and content development for optimal results
  • Analyze consumer signals and optimize campaigns like Google's Performance Max to enhance efficiency
  • Monitor media platforms like Google, Youtube, Meta, and campaign analytics to improve current assets and future campaigns, meeting KPIs and ROI
  • Implement Social and low funnel strategies on our website and online stores

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in FMCG or a media/digital agency
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration focusing on marketing, digital media management, communication, or related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in Social marketing management and performance marketing
  • Understanding of category insights (FMCG, Non-food) is a plus
