Como Store Associate, contribuiras al logro de los objetivos de ventas y rentabilidad de la tienda manteniendo la excelencia operativa y de ventass, ofreciendo una experiência al cliente convincente y unica de Under Armour.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Los deberes y responsabilidades esenciales incluyen lo siguiente. Se pueden asignar otras funciones.

  • Ser ejemplo de la servicio al cliente y la experiência del cliente en tienda
  • Mantener todos los estándares que cubren el producto y de la sala de ventas.
  • Mantenerse al dia en el conocimiento del producto y la historias de la marca UA mediante la participación activa en todas las sesiones de formacion: ser un "embajador de la marca"
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las políticas y procedimientos de UA
  • Brindar comentarios oportunos y constructivos al Store Manager y al Assistant Store Manager en todas las facetas de las operaciones de la tienda.
  • Cumplir y superar todos los objetivos y métricas de rendimiento individuales y de equipo establecidos
  • Mostrar una actitud profesional y positiva y poseer habilidades interpersonales excepcionales.
