Responsibilities:

Client Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the duration of TV production projects.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive client relationships to understand their needs, expectations, and preferences.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Proactively address client concerns, provide updates, and manage expectations to ensure client satisfaction.

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the creative and production teams to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify project milestones and set achievable targets for each phase of the TV production process.
  • Allocate resources effectively, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and information to meet project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks, taking prompt action to address and resolve issues.

Budget Management:

  • Oversee project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within the allocated financial limits.
  • Provide cost estimates for client proposals, ensuring they align with project scope and requirements.

Production Oversight:

  • Leverage your experience in TV production to provide valuable insights and direction to the production team.
  • Ensure that the creative vision aligns with the client's expectations and that the final output meets quality standards.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Conduct regular project status meetings with internal teams and clients, providing updates on project milestones, challenges, and successes.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to clients and senior management, highlighting key performance metrics.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and obstacles during the course of the project and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact.
  • Proactively anticipate and address any issues that may arise, maintaining a proactive and solutionoriented approach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications).
  • Proven experience (X years) as an Account Manager or Project Manager in a creative agency environment, specifically working on TV production projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, creative teams, and production staff.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage complex projects with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software to facilitate efficient planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of TV production processes, including preproduction, shooting, and postproduction stages.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills to address challenges and find innovative solutions.
  • A passion for the creative industry and an understanding of current market trends.
