La misión de la posición es proporcionar soporte a la Direccion del departamento en la coordinacion de mensajes a organos de gestion en relacion a la estrategia de Recursos Humanos (Comisiones del Consejo, SET, Comités de Operaciones).


Las principales responsabilidades son:

  • Da soporte a los diferentes proyectos transversales internos al área en cuanto al plan estratégico y seguimiento a nível de Hotels. Planificación de fases y lanzamiento.
  • Supervisar los proyectos que la organización lleva a cabo de forma directa y efectiva sobre el proyecto o involucrar al personal de Alta Dirección o a mandos intermedios
  • Asegura con los departamentos de Hotel Services & Corporate la estandarización de los reportes, dinamiza las entregas en tiempo y forma con un rol de Project Management de manera transversal
  • Establecer y supervisar los indicadores clave del rendimiento de los proyectos vinculados con el área de HR
  • Coordinación de los calendarios anuales de reportes para/con los diferentes departamentos de HR
  • Coordinación de proyectos o pautas generales dentro del área de Hotel & Corporate Services y hacia las diferentes áreas geográficas: consolidación planes de acción, implantación y seguimiento.
  • Preparación, coordinación y seguimientos de presentación & temas relacionados con el SET, Comités de Operaciones, Memoria Anual, u otros órganos de gobierno
  • Identificación mapa de riesgos por áreas; anticipación de riesgos, identificando oportunidades
  • Hace seguimiento a la digitalización de herramientas para ofrecer reporting automatizados y mejorar la eficiencia y el rigor del dato

  • Altamente valorable conocimientos de operativa hotelera
  • Alta orientación a herramientas digitales; Project Management y análisis
  • Nível alto de inglés
