Description
The Legal Advisory department is located within the Compliance department of the company and is responsible for managing all legal, commercial, and corporate affairs affecting Hipoges and its group companies.
Profile
The main role of the Junior Legal Advisory Laywer is to provide legal support to all areas of the company's business.
The main responsibilities include:
- Preparing legal documents (letters, faxes, statements, contracts, confidentiality agreements, etc.) for use by various departments of the company.
- Assisting in the drafting and closing of contracts with clients and suppliers.
- Preparing documents related to corporate secretarial matters in the corporate law area (company formation, corporate changes, and registrations with official entities, among others).
- Studying and addressing queries raised by different departments of the company in order to provide legal opinions or recommendations (taking into account the applicable legislation).
- Additionally, when necessary, supporting all Group companies in the research, analysis, interpretation, and application of laws, regulatory guidelines, and stakeholder groups that may be relevant to the Group's activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- Good communication skills.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- At least B2 level of English.
