We specialize in crafting lifelike digital humans using synthetic facial movement, voice engineering, and conversational design. With Digital Humans available in over 60 languages and over 600 voices, we are revolutionizing the conversational AI industry.

We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic
Head of Logistics to join our team at UNITH.

As the Head of Logistics, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of our products and services.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement logistics strategies that align with business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute logistics strategies to optimize the movement of products and services throughout the supply chain.
  • Oversee and manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Analyze logistics processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and costeffectiveness.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess or obsolete stock.
  • Lead and develop a highperforming logistics team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers, negotiating favorable contracts and terms.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in logistics operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to logistics and supply chain management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a seniorlevel logistics management role, preferably in the technology or AI industry.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with logistics management software and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
