Several positions of Flight Inspector are currently available at Airbus CRISA (Airbus Defense & Space) in Tres Cantos (Madrid area) for various Space business sectors: Launchers, Earth Exploration (Copernicus), Space Exploration (Artemis), and Commercial (Telecommunications Satellites). This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse and dynamic Technical Team focused on:

  • Shape the future through product innovation, new technologies, and innovative ways of working,
  • State-of-the-art product enhancement,
  • Continuous performance enhancement.

Specific tasks of the role include: Technological and conformity control for mounting and welding of conventional technology (TH) and surface mount (SMT) electronic boards. Mechanical mounting inspection. Management and verification of associated documentation (drawings, Bill of Material, non-conformities, repairs, and modifications).

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Electronic Manufacturing FP Superior

Additional criteria that will be considered positively:

  • Experience, current or previous, with ESA certification in ECSS-Q-ST-70-08, ECSS-Q-ST-70-38, ECSS-Q-ST-70-28, and ECSS-Q-ST-70-26 standards.
  • Experience, current or previous, with certification in IPC 7711/7721 and IPC-A-610 standards.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a production environment (experience in the production of electronic boards/units will be valued).
