Job Summary

Destinus, a leading innovator in aerospace technology, is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our production team in the manufacturing of our novel turbojet flight vehicle.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and leading a production unit from scratch, overseeing the entire setup process, including team assembly, site selection, equipment procurement, and process development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Assemble and lead a production team of up to 100 employees, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  2. Production Management: Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  3. Process Development: Develop and implement lean and continuous improvement principles to enhance efficiency in production processes.
  4. Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure timely and quality output.
  5. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary components without overstocking.
  6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including military security, environmental, and industry standards.
  7. Safety Protocols: Implement and maintain safety protocols to protect employees and prevent accidents.
  8. Project Management: Plan and execute the production line setup within the stipulated time frame.
  9. Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
  10. Budget Management: Handle budget management and resource allocation.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management, specifically in aeronautical assemblies, metal fabrication, or machinery manufacturing.
  3. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams of up to 100 people.
  4. Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
  5. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as CAD and ERP systems.
