At a stage of hypergrowth LTK is looking for a driven sales person to join its effort to scale out the platform to new creators.

This person is someone who understands how to advocate and clearly explain the mutual value of creator driven commerce to creators.

In this role you will work in a newly formed creator expansion team.

The task will be to handle the complete funnel for creators from prospecting, building effective outreach tactics to ensuring an impressive first hand experience for new creators and converting them to initial activity/adoption.


Backed by one of the worlds most prominent tech funds you will come onboard just on the heels of a 300 million dollar investment by the Softbank vision fund as one of the early hires of the sales team.

In this role, your job is to contact and onboard new influencers to the LTK platform.

You will be measured based upon the following goals:

  • Achieve your quarterly and annual targets for new influencer acquisition.
  • Maintain consistently strong performance at 100% of your yeartodate goals.
  • Track all activities, notes and contacts in the LTK CRM

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Grow LTKs ES Creator/influencer portfolio by identifying and onboarding active high impact creators to the LTK ecosystem
  • Use prospecting strategies to reach out to active creators/influencers who are not a part of LTK today and demonstrate the value of long term engagement within the LTK platform.
  • Build influence within the creator industry, becoming a trusted resource for creators looking to increase earnings and grow their respective business
  • Building bestinclass relationships and followup on all cold and warm leads.
  • Adopt daily use of CRM and maintain a log of all influencer contacts and next steps
  • Provide regular reporting and forecast updates to manager and wider Creator Success team
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Creator Expansion, marketing and other departments to finetune creator messaging and most up to date product releases & insights
  • Be a specialist within your targeted channel/industry vertical and provide industry insights to the wider Creator Success team

Requirements:

  • 3y+ in a sales role, preferably against HNWI
  • Excellent verbal, written and phone skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in HubSpot preferred.
  • Preference for those experienced in influencers, talent agencies, etc.
  • Ability to conduct self in a professional manner.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English

Esta persona debe saber defender y explicar claramente a los creadores el valor del comercio impulsado por los creadores.

En este puesto, trabajarás en un equipo de ventas que se acaba de crear.

Tu tarea consistirá en ocuparte del funnel completo para los creadores, desde la prospección y la creación de tácticas de difusión eficaces hasta garantizar una experiência inicial impactante para los nuevos creadores y hacer que se inicien en sus primeras acciones.


Con el respaldo de uno de los fondos tecnológicos más importantes del mundo, te incorporarás justo después de una inversión de 300 millones de dólares por parte del fondo Softbank Vision como una de las primeras personas contratadas del equipo de ventas.

En este puesto, tu trabajo consistirá en contactar e incorporar nuevos influencers a la plataforma LTK.

Se te medirá en función de los siguientes objetivos:

  • Alcanza tus objetivos trimestrales y anuales de captación de nuevos influencers.
  • Mantener un rendimiento sólido y constante del 100% de tus objetivos anuales hasta la fecha.
  • Hacer un seguimiento de todas las actividades, notas y contactos en el CRM de LTK.

Funciones y responsabilidades:

  • Hacer crecer la cartera de creadores/influencers de LTKs en España, identificando e incorporando creadores activos de alto impacto al ecosistema LTK
  • Utilizar estrategias de prospección para llegar a creadores/influencers activos que hoy no forman parte de LTK y demostrar el valor del compromiso a largo plazo dentro de la plataforma LTK.
  • Construir una influencia dentro de la industria de los creadores, convirtiéndonos en un recurso de confianza para los creadores que buscan aumentar sus ingresos y hacer crecer sus respectivos negocios.
  • Establecer las mejores relaciones y hacer un seguimiento de todos los leads, tanto fríos como calientes.
