We have 19 operational bases:

Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Strasbourg, Lille, Lourdes, and Lyon in France; Venice, Verona, Palermo, Cagliari, Olbia, Florence, and Naples in Italy; Asturias and Bilbao in Spain; Athens in Greece, and Hamburg in Germany.


We are hiring a
Scheduling Analyst who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

Are you a skilled, positive, assertive, and sociable individual who enjoys working as part of a multicultural team?

What you will do:

  • Creation and daily management of Volotea's schedule, from early steps to short term program
  • Administration and management of the reservation system
  • Coordinate and optimize Schedule in cooperation with other departments, especially Network planning and OPS departments.
  • Communication of the schedule changes applied to the flight program to both external and internal clients
  • Assistance in the implementation of new processes within the department
  • Support the department in any additional task that may arise

What you will need:

  • Degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or any other technical degree. Aeronautical Management or Tourism will also be considered
  • Advanced skills in Office package (Excel is a kids game for you. Expert dealing with presentations & power point. Knowledge of programming will be an asset)
  • Ability to think analytically, quantitatively, and creatively. You are able to get conclusions from complex data
  • You love playing with different sources of data to identify and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Methodical person, with high ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • Good Communications skills.
  • Advanced level of Spanish and English. Knowledge of French will be a plus
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment on multiple tasks and problems.
