Es un gran punto de venta en Barcelona reportando a la dirección, una posición de management con un equipo de más de 10 personas con una tienda de casi 1000m2.
Realizará las siguientes funciones:
- Asegurar el mejor servicio al cliente.
- Gestión y coordinación de la actividad comercial.
- Control de indicadores de venta y planes de acción.
- Controlar la cantidad y la calidad de stock en la tienda, con el fin de conseguir los presupuestos y los resultados definidos por la compañía.
- Dirección del personal, motivar, formar y comunicación con su equipo de vendedores.
Requisitos:
- Deberá aportar una experiência mínima de 3 años como Store Manager.
- Conocimientos de KPIs y planes de acción para la consecución de objetivos.
- Liderazgo innovador y de retos.
- Orientación resultados.
Inglés nível B
- Catalán y castellano nível C2 o C1.
Que ofrecemos?
