In this role, you have the opportunity to

You are responsible for

  • Coordinate with the sales team the realization, preparation and delivery of public tenders, making sure we comply with deadlines and requirements.
  • Contact management, delivered from public tenders
  • Working on the proper registration in our databases for the contracts of public tenders
  • Registration of every offer/bid in public tender for marketing purposes.

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Studying your Master or Bachelor in Business Administration, Management (ADE) or Law.
    You need to be enrolled in university (we require to have "convenio universidadempresa")*
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Attention to details, proactivity. Enjoying organizing and administrative tasks.
  • Proficient with MS Office advanced excel skills
