Cómo Director/a de Hotel (General Manager) tu rol se basará en:

Responsibilities

  • Elaboración y Gestión del presupuesto del hotel, la correcta gestión de los ingresos y la adecuada gestión de cada una de las partidas de gastos. Responsable del cumplimiento del objetivo económico aprobado, manteniendo los estándares de la empresa.
  • Gestión, control y supervisión del establecimiento, cuidado y mantenimiento de las instalaciones del hotel, asegurar el Plan del mantenimiento de maquinaria y jardines.
  • Responsable de implantar las políticas y procedimientos operativos establecidos por la empresa.
  • Responsable de alcanzar los objetivos de satisfacción de clientes.
  • Supervisión y control de la calidad del servicio en todos los procesos clave según los estándares establecidos; Supervisar y asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Gestionar y resolver de manera eficaz situaciones o incidencias/quejas de servicios al cliente de manera adecuada y eficaz.
  • Liderar equipos de trabajo, gestionando con inteligencia emocional. Capacidad de dirigir, coordinar y planificar las plantillas.
  • Garantizar el buen ambiente laboral en el hotel.
  • Funciones propias del puesto.
Requirements

  • Experiencia mínima de dos años como director/a de hotel.
  • Imprescindible conocimiento alto en idioma alemán e inglés. Se valora conocimiento en francés.
  • Mostrar capacidades comunicativas y de liderazgo, suficientes para trasladar las ideas de forma adecuada a los equipos o grupos que forman parte del proyecto motivándoles a la consecución de los objetivos establecidos.
  • Persona flexible y capacidad de adaptación, proactiva y con iniciativa hacia la mejora continua y sostenibilidad.
  • Perfil comprometido con la continua consecución de los objetivos y clara orientación a la satisfacción del cliente.
