Wir suchen deutschsprachige IT-Service-Desk-Mitarbeiter (vor Ort), die unserem Team von Game-Changern beitreten möchten, die mit Kunden von Top-Marken aus den Bereichen Technologie, Finanzen, Reisen, Mode, Gesundheitswesen oder anderen führenden Branchen in Kontakt treten könnten.

**Was du in dieser Rolle tun wirst**:
Als IT-Service-Desk-Mitarbeiter in unserem Team hast du die folgenden Aufgaben:

- Erste Unterstützung für die Mitarbeiter des Kunden bereitstellen
- Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen oder -Problemen per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat oder über das Self-Service-Portal
- Durchführung von Ursachenanalyse und Fehlerbehebung per Telefon und/oder Remotezugriff sowie Überwachung von IT-Anfragen und -Problemen im ITSM-Service-Management-System des Kunden, einschließlich deren Kategorisierung und Priorisierung von IT-Problemen und -Anfragen
- Zugänglich sein und eine Erstlösungsrate durch Nutzung interner Wissensdatenbanken bieten.
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Serviceorganisationen der 2. Ebene des Kunden und externen Dienstleistern
- Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter des Kunden beim Betrieb von Benutzersystemen und Peripheriegeräten

**Dein Profil**:

- Ein fortgeschrittenes oder zweisprachiges Niveau in Deutsch und ein fortgeschrittenes Niveau in Englisch
- Hohe Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung sowie hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Windows 10, Office 365 und MS Teams sowie bei der Fehlerbehebung von Hardware und Software
- Erfahrung in ITSM-Ticketsystemen (idealerweise in ServiceNow)
- Erfahrung im 1st
- oder 2nd-Level-IT-Support, idealerweise in größeren Umgebungen, ist von Vorteil
- Analytischer Ansatz bei komplexen Problemen
- Befolgen der Sicherheitsregeln des Unternehmens.
- Kenntnisse der Prozesse gemäß ITIL V4 sind von Vorteil
- Zuverlässige und systematische Arbeitsweise

**Das Angebot**:

- Vollzeit 39 Stunden/Woche unbefristeter Vertrag: Montag bis Sonntag, Rotationsdienste.
- Erstausbildung (erste 4 Wochen): Montag bis Freitag von 09:00 bis 18:00 Uhr
- Gehalt Euro brutto/Jahr + bis zu 2.000 Euro brutto/Jahr Bonus
