Estamos buscando un/a Customer Complaint Handling Responsible para incorporarse al equipo de CCH.

La persona seleccionada tendrá la oportunidad de liderar un equipo y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente al brindar un excelente servicio en el proceso de resolución de reclamaciones.

¿En qué consiste la posición?
:

Reportando al Customer Service Manager el/la Customer Complaint Handling Responsible realizará, entre otras, las siguientes funciones:

  • Liderar, coordinar, desarrollar y orientar al equipo de personas a su cargo, proporcionando el apoyo y la capacitación apropiada que permitan alcanzar los objetivos individuales y de negocio.
  • Será responsable de la actualización y seguimiento de KPI's del área, así como de los controles ICS para auditoria, asegurando que se cumplen los criterios globales establecidos.
  • Analizar los diferentes tipos de reclamaciones para realizar la revisión de procesos que generen insatisfacciones y proponer soluciones/acciones de mejora en colaboración con los responsables de las áreas implicadas. Aplicación de métodos de mejora continua.
  • Asegurar la correcta gestión de las reclamaciones de las diferentes áreas de la compañía, desde su recepción hasta su resolución final, garantizado el cumplimiento de las políticas internas y priorizando según establece la estrategia de compañía.
  • Gestionar reclamaciones complejas, buscando la mejor solución para impactar positivamente en la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Formación de nuevas incorporaciones.

Requisitos:

  • Imprescindible: estudios universitarios, en función de los planes de carrera y desarrollo.
  • Experiência mínima 2 años en compañía, valorable conocimiento de procesos internos.
  • Nível de inglés mínimo B
  • Habilidades de liderazgo, indagación, comunicación, orientación a resultados y capacidad de organización.
  • Imprescindible tener experiência en gestión de equipos.
  • Resolutivo, con iniciativa y capacidad para la toma de decisiones.
  • Necesarios SAP (P11, P72) nível medio y paquete office.
