IT Business Analyst Supply Chain - Customer Service
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain – Customer Service team.
Position Snapshot Type of Contract:
- Permanent Contract,IT Supply Chain & Procurement Customer Service
- Type of work: Hybrid/Remote

The role
In this position, you will act as a connector between the IS/IT & Business Customers and Consumers. As part of the Product Team, you will provide profound insights into the opportunities and challenges of your business function and offer recommendations on the best solutions. You will also be responsible for translating business strategies, threats, and needs into IS/IT product requirements, and actively contribute to specifying, testing, and implementing those as IS/IT solutions.
What you'll do Strategy Development and Improvement:
- Support the Product Manager in devising and executing the product strategy, overseeing the applications lifecycle and roadmap to enhance its value.
- Identify gaps in current functionalities and areas for enhancement.
- Develop business scenarios and use cases for the product.
Process and Solution Analysis, Documentation, and Testing:
- Analyze and document solutions, logic, process flows, and specifications.
- Create and provide training materials for the product area.
- Assist in analyzing and resolving issues as part of the third-level sustain.
Compliance:
Ensure consistency throughout the solution lifecycle by recognizing, evaluating, and addressing security and compliance requirements.
Business Process Automation:
Identify chances for process automation. Collaborate with business partners and vendors to implement automation solutions.
Communication:
Collaborate with various stakeholders within the business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, interpret, and document business requirements. Engage with other departments (Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Global Logistics, others) to ensure synchronization and cooperation while suggesting the optimal IT products to support the company's goals.
