WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP APO Demand Planning or any other planning tools like OMP or KINAXIS.
  • Basics knowledge in SAP ERP, SAP BW.
  • Good understanding of the IT Landscape, Master and transactional data needed for Demand Planning.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Support the Product Manager and Business Relationship Manager in the development of the strategy through incremental improvement of the product.
  • Partner with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements plus test, document and deliver solutions incl. training to the end users, deployment and support teams.
  • Responsible for identifying security & compliance requirements, including roles, associated with the business process and ensure they are considered in the solution design.
  • Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation plus support the analysis and resolution of issues as part of the third level sustain.
  • Work with business partners to conduct paperbased design, solution sessions, and MVP tastetesting all along the life cycle from business demand to value delivery.
