**CONCRÈTEMENT VOTRE QUOTIDIEN ?**:
Votre mission consiste à assister le CCCO (Chief Conduct and Control Officer) dans tous les domaines qui relèvent de sa compétence.

Le CCCO est responsable des domaines suivants au sein de CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking):

- Résilience opérationnelle
- Cybersécurité
- Chief Data Officer (CDO)
- SPOC pour le reporting réglementaire local
- SPOC pour la coordination des accords de niveau de service (SLA)
- SPOC pour la conduite

Le CCCO est rattaché fonctionnellement au COO de la CIB et travaille en étroite collaboration avec de nombreuses Business Lines et fonctions transversales.

La structure globale de CCCO est composée de 9 personnes réparties en 3 équipes : Résilience opérationnelle, Cybersécurité et CDO.

Vous rejoignez l'équipe basée à Madrid dans le bâtiment Emilio Vargas. De nombreux projets sont en cours et vont être lancés.

Vous participerez aux projets qui sont en cours ou qui seront lancés à ce moment-là.

Les projets sont très transversaux et vous serez en mesure d'apprendre comment la banque est organisée et les défis auxquels nous sommes confrontés en matière de cybersécurité, de résilience opérationnelle et de GDPR.

Vous interagirez avec différents collaborateurs dans le monde CIB et non-CIB, au niveau territorial, avec la deuxième ligne de défense et avec les fonctions transversales, pour gérer les risques non financiers afin de répondre aux besoins de l'activité CIB.

Oui, si vous êtes titulaire d'un master avec une spécialisation en management/organisation.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 6 mois minimum, stage et alternance inclus, sur un poste similaire.

Vous avez de solides connaissances en matière de Risques, cybersécurité et en matière de data.

De plus, votre capacité à gérer un projet, à définir des indicateurs de performance pertinents, à expliquer et à conduire le changement seront des atouts essentiels. Ajoutez à cela votre adaptabilité, votre capacité à collaborer, votre rigueur et votre orientation client pour finir de nous convaincre.

Enfin, vous parlez couramment l'espagnol et l'anglais et vous maîtriser le pack MS OFFICE.
