Your mission is to assist in the prospection of potential properties for purchase in Valencia and surrounding areas and the management of a tourist flat property.

- Market research and analysis of properties for sale in the Valencia area.
- Search for property purchase opportunities in the Valencia area, directly from the owner.
- Preparation of daily/weekly detailed reports by district for management.
- Investigation of property ownership to put owners in contact with management.
- Customer service for tourist flats.
- Management of check in and check out, support with reservations, quality control and stock, organising maintenance...

Requirements:
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's Degree level of education
