About the Position
We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Central Eastern Europe team.

This is a rare opportunity to put your imprint on a successful 24-year old company that is relatively new to the
Polish market.


In line with our mission, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to a dynamic and international environment by collaborating with different departments across the organization and providing key data that help the business run efficiently.


What you'll do

  • Be the creative force behind our brand image, awareness, mission, and social presence in Poland
  • Support Poland sales team with marketing activities and programs to aid our sales process
  • Coordinate those marketing programs with global colleagues
  • Develop relationships with analysts and industry influencers
  • Organize webinars and virtual events directly and with our key gotomarket partners
  • Develop our social media channels by writing posts, press releases and articles
  • Support customer marketing activities by registering users, assisting with marketing pilots, running reports
  • Organize webinars and virtual events directly and with our key gotomarket partners
  • Assist with creation of presentations
  • Qualify the leads generated thanks to your marketing initiatives

You'll Love This Job if You

  • Have 1 year of experience in resultsdriven marketing (ideally targeting HR or corporate L&D)
  • Have a passion for B2B marketing, communication
  • Have nativePolish speaking skills and a superb written communication (fluency in a second foreign language will be a plus)
  • Are fluent in English
  • Have knowledge of Marketing Cloud + Salesforce (this would be a big plus)
  • Are organized and understand data
  • Are detail oriented and multitasker
