Actualmente, Capgemini está buscando un consultor de seguridad con experiência con amplios conocimientos en gobierno, riesgo y cumplimiento de la estrategia de seguridad para incorporarse a nuestra área de ciberseguridad.
¿Qué harás en el proyecto?
En esta función apoyarás y participarás en algunos de los proyectos de nuestros clientes manteniendo un enfoque riguroso de identificación, evaluación y gestión de riesgos.
Aconsejarás y desafiarás los planes de control y mitigación dentro de las empresas, a la vez que proporcionas soporte de abajo arriba/arriba abajo para la gestión de riesgos empresariales (ERM).
Junto a esto, apoyará y facilitará los comités de riesgos de nuestros clientes, proporcionando apoyo y asesoramiento sobre las mejores prácticas en sus empresas y ubicaciones.
Responsabilidades:
- Establecer y mantener una estructura de gobernanza de seguridad y un marco de control, incluidas políticas y estándares, y contribuir a la construcción de un marco de apetito al riesgo.
- Establecer un enfoque y metodología pragmáticos de gestión de riesgos informáticos y cibernéticos, que traduzcan, cuando sea necesario, el riesgo técnico en riesgos comerciales reales.
- Mantener el registro de riesgos y compartir con los grupos de interés adecuados los principales riesgos, para que tengan la conciencia adecuada y los riesgos puedan priorizarse y gestionarse adecuadamente.
- Seguimiento de las estrategias y planes de gestión de cada uno de ellos. Asegúrese de que los riesgos son uno de los inputs clave que impulsan la estrategia y las decisiones de seguridad de la empresa.
- Interactuar con los clientes para proporcionar orientación sobre políticas de gestión de riesgos y resolver dudas sobre la aplicación de esta política, influyendo estratégicamente en los grupos de interés externos a la gestión de riesgos. Asegurarse de que existe un mapa de riesgo y control adecuado en las regiones donde operan nuestros clientes.
- Mínimo 3+ años tanto en el ámbito de la gestión de riesgos como en la industria de la ciberseguridad.
- Nível alto de inglés. También trabajamos con equipos y clientes internacionales.
- Capacidad de interactuar e influir en los líderes seniors del negocio, para impulsar el cambio y la mejora continua
- Experiência progresiva en la gestión de múltiples proyectos simultáneamente con excelentes habilidades organizativas, analíticas y de pensamiento crítico
- Se requiere tener 1/3 certificaciones entre las siguientes: CISM, CISSP, CISA, CND, CEH, CompTIA, SANOS, ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL Foundation, ITIL Manager Certificate, ITIL Advanced Level
