We're looking for someone who is studying a business related degree to join our amazing team in Madrid on a 1 year contract on a part time basis working 4-5 hours a day Monday-Friday, which will be flexible and can work around your studies.

What's the role?


As our Office Support Intern you'll be office based providing administrative support to your colleagues in Spain & Italy with a focus on our Client Services and Fulfilment functions.


Day to day you'll:

  • Assist our Learning Event Coordinators in the set up and support of client workshops in the office including the setup of meetings rooms
  • Issue registration links, prework documents, legal papers and other documentation to participants
  • Process orders that need to be delivered to clients In Spain & Italy that will include journals, colour blocks and other materials for the events
  • Manage materials orders to UK being aware of time zones and timelines
  • Control stocks of materials
  • Coordinate travel reservations for colleagues
  • Manage the office supplies and monitor levels to order more materials like paper and toner with suppliers when required
  • Support the events that take place in the office by preparing the room, order catering, assisting the facilitator, learners and participants, cleaning service and greeting people at reception
  • Check the updates for the IT devices that we have in the office
  • Prepare legal documents for Spanish funding for training
  • Any additional admin duties to support your colleagues as required

  • With the energy, drive & enthusiasm to support colleagues with any of the administrative tasks that are required in the office
  • Positive and confident in your ability to manage your own work
  • You'll be extremely accurate and will always pay close attention to detail in the work that you do
  • You'll be highly organised and working to deadlines will not phase you
  • Multitasking and being able to prioritise work will feel natural for you and you'll remain calm when under pressure
