WHAT IS AN SALES MANAGER? Are you a passionate and driven leader with a proven track record of success in sales management? Our client is seeking a talented Sales Manager to lead and develop our dynamic Sales Team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for motivating, coaching, and empowering your team to achieve and exceed our new client acquisition targets.


What you'll be doing:


Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to maximize growth within the assigned territory (Sole Trader and Pty Ltd (SME) accounts).Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing team of Business Development Managers (BDMs).Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support to help your team achieve their individual and collective sales goals.

Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement within the team.
Oversee the sales process, ensuring effective lead generation, appointment setting, presentations, and client sign-ups.
Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, develop strategies, and track progress towards targets.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure a seamless sales funnel and consistent messaging.

The ideal candidate:
Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Data-driven approach to sales, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and analytics.
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and processes.
Ability to build strong relationships and foster a collaborative team environment.
