Plasma Project Planning and Operations will report directly into the President of Plasma and be a key member of the Grifols Plasma Leadership Team (GPLT). Incumbent will work closely with all members of the GPLT and other key senior leaders and stakeholders across Grifols to drive and execute strategic projects, identify, develop, and implement cross functional initiatives to support the Plasma business strategy. Proven abilities in strategy development, market analysis, launch execution and strategy implementation
Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, execute and follow-up in a timely manner and anticipate problems or roadblocks
Ability to work with highest level of management at Grifols and be part of the GPLT
Demonstrated ability to work directly with President on a regular basis or other senior executives or colleagues on matters of high importance
Excellent track record of project management, with the ability to work across all functions with all levels of stakeholders both locally and internationally
Excellent written and oral communication and good interpersonal skills
