As an AP team lead you ensure that all AP tasks are performed with high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
Your team is the entry point of all invoices and requests from suppliers and plays a key role in the cost allocation in financial statements.

What You'll Do
- You will ensure all documents are processed in a timeframe of 34 working days upon receival.
- You will lead the AP Officers in ways to improve their performance and quality of processing.
- You will search for improvements and collaborate with other departments to achieve them.
- You will guide the team and troubleshoot when needed.
- You will control aging ensuring timely payments and correct followups in the organization.
- You will coordinate the weekly tasks for each team member
- You will be our reference point for APrelated SOPs providing training where needed.
Who You Are
- You have a business degree or relevant experience
- You are fluent in English
- You are well acquainted with P2P platforms
- You have a good capacity for decisionmaking and prioritizing
- You are handson and willing to support the team when needed.
- You have Management capacities
