You will promote Novartis products & services to customers by providing information and education that enables optimized patient outcomes.- This is an excellent opportunity to represent 1 of the Novartis' brands, play a pivotal role in the crossfunctional teams that impact in your territory and gain experience in a very competitive, everchanging market. If you are proactive, curious and customer focused this role will help you to develop your professional and interpersonal skills while improving the lives of patients and their caretakers.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: - Promotes Novartis' portfolio and services by providing the latest, relevant and authorized data, key messages & disease information to the right customer at the right time, to support HCP decision making & optimize patient outcomes in an ethical way, through:
- Uses all available data sources and digital tools to build, dynamically prioritize and adapt relevant territory and customer engagement plans.
- Maintains a deep and current knowledge of industry, TA, competitor and buyer dynamics and focuses effort on priority customer opportunities
- Demonstrate advanced customer engagement skills to deliver high quality customer interactions and improving customer experience for the benefit of patients.
- Behave ethically, align with regulatory requirements and adhere to Novartis values and behaviors.

Minimum requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
- Scientific bachelor's degree or relevant education.
- At least 3 years of experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical sales, specifically in the prescribed dermatology products.
- Proven success history in hospital sales in Galicia.
- Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish.
- Capacity to work in crossfunctional teams: leadership achieving common goals.
