Our Finance team provides support to the firm in management accounting, billing, credit control, purchase and payments management and budgeting as well as providing financial compliance input to support the firm's strategic decision-making processes.
The Finance team plays a vital role in managing risk and financial performance for the firm. Supporting Credit Controllers in all aspects of chasing the firm's debtCompleting billing, cash summaries and Statements of AccountDealing with purchase order numbers for clientsProducing copy invoices and supporting documents where requestedDealing with incoming calls and account queries where appropriateProduce and deal with the daily bill reminder notifications (VAT letters)The Ideal CandidateAbility to multi-task and understand the demands of different departmentsPrevious experience of a professional services sectorA methodical approachAbility to handle telephone calls, emails & meetings.
