Job Purpose
Lead the talent acquisition function helping the organization hire the right talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices and positioning Vueling as a strong employer brand.
Main Accountabilities
- Create and maintain an internal and external talent map for current and future business needs building and strong and sustainable relationship with key stakeholders in the airline industry to ensure a clear inbound recruitment strategy (Universities, students associations and so on).
- Conceptualize and implement Talent Acquisition projects, ensuring an outstanding delivery.
- Supervise recruitment providers, ensuring the new joiners fit with Vueling Culture, values and skills.
- Supervise talent acquisition process (e.g. recruitment, employer branding, onboarding, internship program and so on) focus on structure, compliance and delivery on time.
- Supervise and ensure the adequate reporting of activities to support business decisions.
- Ensure the best practices for selection and evaluation (e.g promotion of internal movements, diversity and inclusion and technical/competences assessments)

- 56 years of experience in recruitment for technical (Business) profiles.

- Previous experience in negotiation or supervision with suppliers of goods and services
- User level of Project Management and other technological tools ( ATS, reporting and others).
