Como Director/a de Optica tus principales funciones serán:
Dirección integral del punto de venta.
Análisis de los indicadores de tienda, orientando a la consecución de los objetivos y trabajo diario de KPI's.
Colaboración con eventos de marketing.
Mantener el punto de venta en perfectas condiciones, cumpliendo con los calendarios de cambio de escaparates según los estándares de la empresa.
Identificar carencias de producto y asegurar una correcta rotación.Tareas administrativas propias de un punto de venta, y dominio de informática y base de datos.
Gestión de horarios, ausencias y formaciones según el criterio de productividad y resultados.
Una excelente atención al cliente, siendo un ejemplo para sus compañeros de tienda.
En conjunto con la oficina central, gestionar y coordinar las actividades formativas y eventos.
Asegurar una correcta comunicación con el equipo.
