Como ingeniero de sistemas de cohetes de propulsión líquida en PLD Space, su misión es contribuir al desarrollo de sistemas de propulsión líquida.

Desempeñará un papel crucial a la hora de garantizar el rendimiento, la fiabilidad y la seguridad de los sistemas de propulsión, permitiendo el lanzamiento y el funcionamiento satisfactorios de nuestra familia de lanzadores MIURA.


Responsabilidades:

  • Colaborar con el equipo de propulsión para definir y desarrollar los requisitos del sistema de propulsión líquida, teniendo en cuenta la definición y evolución de interfaces, méritos de rendimiento y eficiencia, modos de fallo y aspectos de seguridad.
  • Definir, documentar y mantener los requisitos, interfaces y arquitecturas del sistema.
  • Diseñar experimentos y realizar pruebas prácticas para mejorar los modelos de sistemas.
  • Participar en las compensaciones, el diseño y el análisis de los componentes del sistema de propulsión líquida, incluidos motores, tanques, bombas, válvulas y subsistemas asociados.
  • Ayudar en la integración y las pruebas de los sistemas de propulsión, incluidas las configuraciones del banco de pruebas, la adquisición de datos y el análisis de los resultados de las pruebas.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de fabricación y producción para garantizar el éxito de la fabricación, el montaje y la integración de los componentes del sistema de propulsión.
  • Desarrollar y perfeccionar los procedimientos de inspección, reparación/reacondicionamiento, ensamblaje y pruebas del sistema basándose en las lecciones aprendidas para lograr la máxima eficiencia.
  • Apoyar las actividades de cualificación y certificación del sistema de propulsión, incluida la participación en pruebas, revisiones y documentación.
  • Contribuir al desarrollo y mejora de los procesos, herramientas y metodologías de ingeniería del sistema de propulsión.
  • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales, incluidos ingenieros de sistemas, ingenieros estructurales e ingenieros de aviónica, para garantizar la perfecta integración de los sistemas de propulsión con el diseño general del cohete.

Conocimientos requeridos:

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería o experiência demostrable en su lugar. Preferiblemente, titulación superior.
  • 5 años de experiência técnica pertinente.
  • Conocimiento profundo de los principios, componentes y subsistemas de los sistemas de propulsión líquida.
  • Conocimientos de dinámica de fluidos, termodinámica, combustión y química de propulsores.
  • Familiaridad con los ciclos de motores cohete, sistemas de alimentación de propulsante y sistemas de ignición.
  • Dominio de herramientas informáticas de ingeniería para el análisis de sistemas de propulsión, como CFD y modelado termodinámico.
  • Conocimiento de los requisitos y limitaciones estructurales relacionados con los sistemas de propulsión líquida.

  • Pensamiento analítico y capacidad de resolución de problemas para abordar retos complejos en el diseño y la optimización de sistemas de propulsión líquida.
  • Gran capacidad de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales para colaborar eficazmente con equipos multifuncionales y socios externos.
  • Familiaridad con las normas del sector y las mejores prácticas de diseño, análisis y ensayo de sistemas de propulsión líquida.
  • Conocimiento de los requisitos de seguridad de los sistemas de propulsión y de las técnicas de análisis de riesgos.
  • Conocimiento de los requisitos reglamentarios y los procesos de certificación de los sistemas de propulsión.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y acelerado, gestionando múltiples tareas y prioridades.
  • Adaptabilidad y voluntad de aprender nuevas tecnologías, metodologías y avances del sector.
  • Gran capacidad de documentación para garantizar una documentación clara y completa de los diseños, análisis y resultados de las pruebas de los sistemas de propulsión.
