Cash Collection Agent

What you will do
  • Make outbound collection calls to debtors to recover outstanding bills
  • Answer customers' questions by phone or email
  • Negotiate payment methods such as credit card, direct debit, and transfer
  • Establish payment plan schemes for large debts
  • Provide accounting statements and update bank information
  • Investigate billing issues and request credit notes or refunds when necessary
  • Validate customer balances for refund requests
  • Republish Restaurants on the platform after pending invoices are paid
  • Prepare paperwork for bankruptcy notifications
  • Coordinate with external collection agencies
  • Give feedback to the CashCo Team Leader on team improvements
Who You Are
  • Fluent in Spanish and conversational English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Dynamic, organized, with attention to detail
  • Customer-focused and a team player
  • Able to work under pressure and meet objectives
  • Proficient in Excel, ERP, and Salesforce
