Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate Director to be mainly focused on corporate programs and corporate academies with a strong background in engagement initiatives, gamification, artificial intelligence, interactive experiences design, and customer communication strategies.


The primary goal of this role is to engage participants in various educational online courses, encouraging them to continue their learning journey and maintain excitement about taking more courses.


Responsibilities:

Key Action Areas:

  • Develop and implement innovative customer engagement strategies, utilizing gamification, artificial intelligence, and interactive experiences to enhance participant satisfaction and loyalty for educational courses.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create customercentric products and services, addressing customer needs and preferences in the educational context.
  • Design and implement effective customer and learning journeys to educate and engage participants with our courses and programs, fostering a sense of excitement and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Manage relationships with various technology providers to ensure seamless integration of solutions, tools, and platforms to support customer experience initiatives in the educational field.
  • Establish and maintain strong communication channels with corporate clients and individual participants, providing timely responses and ensuring their concerns are addressed.
  • Monitor and analyze feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth within the educational sector.
  • Lead and oversee the development of loyalty programs and initiatives to drive customer retention and longterm relationships in the context of educational courses.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted and personalized campaigns, utilizing customer data and insights to deliver relevant content and experiences related to courses and programs.
  • Foster a customercentric culture within the organization, promoting the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences in the educational environment.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in customer experience management, customer engagement and or service design, with a focus on gamification, artificial intelligence, the use of technology and interactive experiences in the context of education.
  • Strong knowledge of customer communication strategies and experience in developing loyalty programs for educational courses.
  • Experience in product creation and identifying customer needs within the educational sector.
  • Proficiency in designing customer journeys, learning journeys and managing technology providers.
  • Customer orientation and service excellence.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, international environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • English native. Fluency in Spanish and other languages is a plus.
