Technology Services Vice President: Europe

This role must bring together the full technology agenda and its dependencies and drive a level a regional ownership of all technologies impacting the Region as well as have full accountability for overseeing Technology Services deliverables at Regional ELT.
You will develop a deep understanding and contribute to the regional business strategies, objectives, and priorities,and align TS initiatives and services to support them effectively.
Is responsible for coordinating the full range of Information and Technology initiatives across the assigned region(s) such that a fully understood portfolio of TS change is manageable by Regional Executives.
You will be the primary liaison and interface between the regional executive leadership team, including ELT members, all TS Programme and Change teams and TS Service Delivery.
Proactively contributes to the development of the business by focusing on continuous improvement opportunities, whether through delivery and use of TS enabled capabilities or the secure use of our systems and data.
You will build an intimate understanding of the Regions' geographically dispersed businesses, driving global standardization in solutions at an organizational level wherever possible to provide maximum return on investment aligned to the overarching TS strategy.
Where there is an agreed divergence from the global standard ensure full transparency, security, performance, support, and business continuity for regionalised technology choice.
You will advocate for the regional customer in development of, and approval for,the prioritised portfolio of TS needs.At the same time promotes understanding and alignment to TS goals and objectives at a global level.
The true value comes in being able to influence at the appropriate leadership levels on both sides, bringing together a strong partnership between the Business and TS.Focused on meeting the current, future, expressed and unexpressed demands of the function they support and the business, while maximising returns on TS investment.
Represent the Region CEO at the TS Executive Steering.Major / Key Accountabilities- Own and drive the regional TS strategy agenda, considering the overall TS standards, vision, and corporate goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of the regional business strategies, objectives, and priorities,and align TS initiatives and services to support them effectively.- Identify and prioritize TS initiatives that will have the greatest impact on the regional business units by being responsible for forming the regional input to the Technology Services Portfolio prioritisation process
