The Role
The main goal is to contribute to the team responsible for supporting and executing payroll activities and/or data management/customer services activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in deliverables. Responsibilities may include a focus on payroll or customer services, with flexibility to support either as needed.
Responsibilities
- Support Payroll(s) to meet processing deadlines and KPIs.
- Provide expertise to address client inquiries and ensure compliance with country-specific regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely Data Management.
- Respond to Tickets and Calls within SLA timelines and maintain high standards.
- Follow Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs) and identify any documentation gaps or inconsistencies.
- Complete SOC Controls with required evidence.
- Report system issues/defects accurately for investigation.
- Notify Service Manager of any deviations from standard service scope.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Participate in team meetings and promptly escalate any issues to the Service Manager.
- Cultivate positive relationships with internal stakeholders and keep them informed as needed.

- Possess excellent written and verbal Dutch skills, along with proficient English proficiency.
