Your responsibilities include:

  • Verification Operations: Evaluate license, insurance, and business registrations to ensure adherence to service quality standards for new reviews and recertifications.
  • Reactive Support: Offer responsive phone and email assistance to live advertisers.
  • Product Operations: Review and approve/deny reviews, handle escalated photo submissions, and process Google Guarantee claims.
  • Quality Monitoring and Improvement Operations: Analyze provider quality results, collaborate on enhancing performance, and tackle retention operations.
  • Provider Support and Retention: Engage with providers to enhance lead results and manage retention efforts.
  • Onboarding and Process Management: Guide businesses through onboarding, establish expectations, and facilitate the submission of necessary information.
  • Ad-hoc Operations: Participate in additional operational tasks as required in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Native German proficiency
  • Fluency in English
  • Background in fast-paced operations and call center environments
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, or Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
