As Market Insights Lead, your main objective will be to create, drive and lead the MARKET INSIGHTS AND BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE strategy into the growth strategy of the business and be accountable for the quality of the results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, drive and lead the market insight and business intelligence strategy for the future.
- Analyze results and translate data into meaningful market insights (integrating new trends, prospective/ innovation and socio-economical data) in internal decision making
- Build the market insight and business intelligence roadmap (plan, budget,) by prioritizing, selecting key topics and mobilizing the right resources.
- Leverage 360 analyses of key topics to highlight strategic recommendations and promote data insights (market data consolidation, panels follow-up, brand and category evolution, opportunity of growth) based decision making.
- Set up organizations / project teams, governance, tools and methods for each key market topic (benchmark etc)
- Communicate, promote, influence at the right level in the organization to impact business decisions . Present and communicate sharp, clear, strong messages, directly useful for top management to make decisions
- Upskill teams by sharing market insights and business intelligence expertise: introduce innovation and leverage internal and external benchmarking and networking (agencies and other external partners).
- cooperate with internal and external cross functional stakeholders. Create and maintain constructive relationships with the agencies.
- Acts as strategic business partner

- Drives, collects and analyses data (brand, product experiences, market & shopper)

- is statistics savvy & makes numbers meaningful
- Adopts relevant leading-edge tools including digital
- Identifies, selects and challenges new and existing external partners
- collaborates effectively with different internal and external expert communities business influencer
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, working with mass market projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or other quantitative focused studies required.
- Strong knowledge of market research methods, statistical analysis approaches, research and marketing terminology
- Fluent level of English
- Capable of managing multiple projects at the same time, being responsible for both timeline and results
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Experience leading teams is a nice to have
