Job Description:
This person will be responsible for the IT Service Costs Management for the global IT organization.
This position will need to ensure that forecasting, budgeting and cost controls are in place to allow for precise management of IT costs.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement and maintain transparency for IT service cost, consumption and business value (data - process - governance)- Setup and orchestrate the IT planning and forecasting process- Execute cost variance analysis, based on budget, forecast and actuals.
Skills & Qualifications- Experienced in service costing, cost allocations and management reporting and business case calculation- Strong quantitative and analytical skills for data modeling and analysis- Combination of IT service management and IT finance knowledge Ability to shape storylines to enable strategic decisions- Experienced in working in cross-functional, international environments across all hierarchy levels incl.
senior management- Pro-active personality with strong communication skills and ability to drive change- Ability to deliver high quality work under time pressure- Proficient in XLS and Powerpoint- Ideally experienced in ServiceNow (SPM module and/or CSDM) and/or Technology Business Management (TBM) frameworkWhat we offer in return- You will be working for an organization that embraces diversity & inclusion and believe we will deliver better outcomes by reflecting the perspectives of our diverse customer base.
