Job Description:


The IT Service Architect - IT Workplace & UCC (M/F/d) supports Galderma's IT Infrastructure Delivery organization to deliver optimized business value through services by performing quality service design, governance, and consulting activities for the "IT Workplace & UCC" domain in a dynamic global IT Operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Engineering Responsibilities (in compliance with ITIL, COBIT and other relevant frameworks and best practices) for domain "IT Workplace & UCC" including service design, delivery, continuous improvement, and documentation
  • Ensure service design delivers measurable business value, including Reduced cost of ownership, better (and strategic) decisionmaking, Improved processes and performance, Higher service quality and consistency.
  • Architecture Management: define a blueprint/roadmap for the future development of the technological landscape, taking into account the service strategy and newly available technologies
  • Ensure that the capacity of IT services and the IT infrastructure is able to deliver the agreed service level targets in a cost effective and timely manner
  • As part of service design identify, assess and control risks. Perform vulnerability assessments of businesscritical IT infrastructure assets and services, and drive alignment with governance bodies within Group IT on mitigation of the risks.
  • Ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Galderma's information, data and IT services, in close collaboration with and under guidance of Group IT Security department.
  • Ensure IT services, processes and systems comply with enterprise policies and legal requirements.
  • Validate, evaluate and technical signoff of technical changes in services proposed by external partners
  • Contribute to IOS Service, Platform and Solution Strategy, acting as trusted technical advisor for inscope domains and services.
  • Serve as Level 4 SME for technical operations, incident, and problem resolution (including error search & remediation), providing mentoring and guidance to Level 3 SMEs.
Skills and Qualifications

  • 710 years in a relevant Architecture role in global IT Infrastructure environment, actively working with Azure Cloud Technology (at least 3 years of demonstrable working experience) & actively working with Service Engineering
  • ITIL Certification relevant experience with proven success
  • 3+ years of BU or BUfacing experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving
  • Experience steering hybrid teams on a global scale
  • GxPregulated industry experience, as well as Project Management or Azure Solutions Architecture Certification will be considered a plus
