Nuestro equipo de Ingeniería busca talento Tanto a nivel de ofertas como de Proyecto, el/la Technical Building Engineer es responsable de analizar, diseñar y proponer una solución a nivel arquitectónico y de servicios domésticos para los edificios que dan cabida a los sistemas de Señalización Ferroviaria, Telecomunicaciones y Energía.

De manera más detallada, tus funciones serían...

Analizar las necesidades de instalación de los equipos considerados dentro de la ejecución de los proyectos de Señalización, Telecomunicaciones y Energía.

Evaluar la solución y sus posibles optimizaciones, tanto tecnológicas como de diseño; así como su compatibilidad con la normativa vigente.

Proponer una solución constructiva y tecnológica alineada con las necesidades funcionales del equipamiento y con las necesidades del cliente y del usuario final.

Crear la documentación de diseño, memorias descriptivas y su justificación de cálculo alineada con las especificaciones de contrato y la solución final adoptada.

Realizar el análisis de los contratistas propuestos, evaluar las cotizaciones recibidas y dar soporte a Proyecto y Operaciones para el despliegue en campo.

Gestionar los materiales empleados, su validación técnica y contractual.
Evaluar y valorar los diferentes informes técnicos necesarios para la ejecución in-situ.
Brindar soporte técnico durante la fase de construcción y las consiguientes pruebas para la puesta en servicio.
Elaborar la documentación As-Built en coordinación con las optimizaciones implementadas durante la fase de ejecución.
Tu perfil encajará si cuentas con... Estudios de Arquitectura Superior, Técnica o Ingeniería de Caminos, o similar
Formación en diseño MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).
Conocimientos en herramientas de diseño CAD y BIM.

Experiencia con h erramientas de cálculo, análisis de parámetros de diseño (CYPE, HAP, DiaLUX, etc), y de gestión de la configuración (Sh Palma/Windchill).

Movilidad geografica
