ABOUT THE ROLE

  • From Adecco, we ́re looking for Regional Marketing Manager for an important top tier company.
  • We're looking for a growthminded and selfdriven Regional Marketing Manager for Iberia to penetrate key markets. In this role we
- re looking for someone to own Marketing
- s contribution to growth, business partnering with regional Sales teams to drive penetration in Mid Market and Enterprise customers. You
- ll collaborate cross functionally with teams to create effective full funnel campaigns to generate prospects, stimulate customer usage, measure success and share your findings. You
- ll be customer obsessed and work tirelessly to understand our prospects base, decision maker and influencer personas, and the regional channels to leverage to influence them.

- re looking for someone to join us in our growth journey. You

  • WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Marketing performance in region, with the ultimate goal of delivering quality leads to our specialised Sales teams.
  • Business partner with regional Sales teams, aligning commercial priorities and develop supporting quarterly Marketing plans to achieve targets.
  • Define, develop, execute and measure regional campaigns to drive acquisition, awareness and adoption business solutions.
  • Work cross functionally to develop compelling regional content supporting KPIs.
  • Proactively research trends and new topics that may be of interest.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 7+ years of campaign management experience.

  • Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven record of delivering effective campaigns into high valued existing customer bases.
  • Structured problem solver with project management skills, attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
Strong stakeholder management skills.

  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience developing and executing partnership/comarketing campaigns and marketing strategies (preferably with large, tier 1 brands).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or similar, and a demonstrated ability in quantitative fields.
  • Good relationship management as you will engage with partners across several different functions as well as global marketing colleagues in order to be successful.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to bring to life the brand in a way that is both consistent with our global brand positioning and meaningful.
  • A strong customercentric mindset you are always thinking about how our customers interact with the brand.
