En esta ocasión, buscamos un Business Insights Manager que reportando directamente a nuestro CEO nos ayude a transformar datos en información valiosa, y así guiar la toma de decisiones estratégicas informadas en Goiko.


¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones?

Identificar y analizar las tendencias del mercado y consumidor para hacerlas accionables Hacer seguimiento de los principales KPIs del negocio: construir, recopilar e interpretar reportes / dashboards de datos relevantes en área de Negocio, Clientes y Proyectos estratégicos.

Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y ofrecer asesoramiento estratégico basado en datos, siendo capaz de influir en las distintas áreas. Data Driven Desarrollar y aplicar modelos predictivos para anticipar demandas, ventas y posible comportamiento del Cliente.

Definir y llevar a cabo análisis de precios, apoyando al desarrollo de políticas de precios para mercados existentes y emergentes.

Proponer mejoras en procesos empresariales que contribuyan a una mayor eficiencia y reducción de costos.

¿Qué conocimientos requiere la posición?
Formación universitaria en Estadística, Ingeniería, Economía, Administración y Dirección de Empresas o un campo relacionado. Al menos 3 años de experiencia en posición similar Inglés C1 Manejo de Excel nivel avanzado. Se valorará experiencia con herramientas de visualización de datos (ej. Tableau, Power BI). Conocimientos en desarrollo de modelos predictivos y técnicas estadísticas.

Pensamiento analítico y enfoque en la resolución de problemas.
Habilidades de comunicación efectiva
Energía y adaptabilidad en un entorno dinámico.
Habilidad para trabajar en equipo, colaborando de manera efectiva con los diferentes departamentos, y capacidad de influenciarlos.
