En ORBIDI estamos buscando un Controller financiero con ojo para el detalle quien estará apoyando en la planificación, desarrollo, control y proyección del presupuesto de la empresa. El candidato adecuado será un experto en datos que encuentre emocionante el desafío de construir sistemas y procesos desde cero.
¿Qué harás con nosotros?
Desarrollar la estrategia financiera para ayudar en los procesos de toma de decisiones, incluyendo evaluación y gestión del riesgo, así como planes de crecimiento.Control de facturación y gestión de la tesorería.Capacidad de gestión y negociación con bancos y proveedores.Coordinar la elaboración y gestión de presupuestos y previsiones financieras de ORBIDI y reportar cualquier variación.Analizar, preparar y publicar todos los estados financieros mensuales.Creación de informes (anuales y mensuales) que identifiquen resultados, tendencias y previsiones que ayuden a respaldar las decisiones comerciales estratégicas.Garantizar que todas las transacciones se registren, archiven e informen correctamente.Asegurarse de que los informes cumplan con los estándares y requerimientos marcados por la normativa financiera, fiscal y de la industria correspondiente, tanto local, como regional y estatal.Certificar el cumplimiento tributario en coordinación con los asesores fiscales y laborales.Control y administración de nóminas.Documentar los procesos comerciales y las políticas contables para mantener los controles internos.Coordinar procesos de auditoría.Control de contratos y otros documentos administrativos.Mantenimiento y actualización de las bases de datos de ORBIDI
Lo que te hará triunfar:
Se requiere de un profesional con visión estratégica, capacidad analítica, capacidad de liderazgo, organización y buen comunicador.Formación deseable en Economía, Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ADE), Contabilidad o Finanzas, conocimientos contables, financieros y fiscales.Se valorará una experiencia mínima de 5 años en un puesto similar.Manejo Paquete Office (Excel principalmente) y CRM de Holded.Buen sentido del orden y sistemática en las rutinas de trabajoOrientado a las soluciones y a los negociosProactividad y capacidad de gestión del cambio con orientación a la consecución de objetivosComprender la importancia del cumplimiento de los requisitos normativosTiene una actitud constructiva, positiva y colaboradora, incluso cuando se enfrenta a retos y la presión del tiempoDisfrutar trabajando de forma independiente y en equipoTomar iniciativas propias y aspirar a la mejora continuaBuenas dotes de comunicación.
