What would you do working with us ?
We are looking for a

Solar Project Manager to join our mission. The role focuses on delivering solar projects to Sunhero's customers across Spain. This role is made for ambitious individuals who want to accelerate their careers, learn how to build operations at scale and work with experienced startup executives. You will be in a unique position to closely ‌collaborate ‌with the management and ‌have a real impact on ‌the‌ future of the company. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to think strategically, be super detail-oriented and put the customer at front of everything you are doing.

More in detail, what you will be working on will be:

  • Work on strategic projects to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.
  • Work on our insourcing/outsourcing strategy to build scalable solutions.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime, within scope and budget.
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Creating long
- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.

  • Successful delivery of our solar panel systems for our customers managing internal and external partners.
  • Have digitization projects to improve internal and external processes, and help to internationalize the operations.
  • Manage the stock for our installations together with our Supply Chain department.

What do we need from you to be successful in this role?

  • 2+ years of work experience in an operations or technical role, preferably in a fastmoving environment.
  • Proven working experience in project management.
  • Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Previous experience in the solar industry is desirable, but not a must.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and proven ability to find innovative solutions to challenging problems.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and a demonstrated ability to overdeliver on customer's expectations.
  • An unparalleled curiosity to learn and challenge the statusquo.
  • A native Spanish speaker and English fluency (able to work and communicate in English).


We have a beautiful office in downtown Barcelona, where you would be expected to come to the office 2-3 days per week.
