We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic individual to help transform our existing payments stack into a new modern payment solution.

The transformation is not limited to change of technologies, but more importantly, it's about changing the way we approach fixing existing problems and replacing inefficient business processes with modern (preferably automated) solutions.

This role requires thinking outside of the box where stakeholders' requirements are carefully analysed to propose the best suitable solution and avoid repeating past mistakes.

The Business Analyst role is extremely varied, with individuals working closely with Project Managers, Business Stakeholders, Product Owners on a number of projects through conception to compilation.

What you'll be getting up to:

• Develop a solid understanding of the Business environment, Business products and IT architecture and roadmap.
• Bridge the gap between the various Business and IT Stakeholders.
• Investigate and understand the business problem.
• Elicit requirements through the use of BA investigation techniques such as interviews, workshops and observation.
• Capture Business Requirements in a document and support with recognized models such as Use-Cases, Data Models, and BPMN.
• Facilitate the resolution of conflicts between all of business and IT stakeholders to produce an agreed and prioritised set of requirements.
• Own and maintain project backlog as part of Scrum development team
• Assist in other stages of the Project Lifecycle including business case development, solutions analysis, implementation, testing, training and change management.

Requirements**:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• Able to use diagramming tools efficiently
• Proficient in BPMN, Flow Charts, Sequence and Data Model diagrams
• Produce documents and diagrams that are easy to follow
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
