Job description:
We are currently looking for a
Technical Manager EMEA
in Madrid.
Your role:
- You will join a fastgrowing company, growing with it by structuring processes and supporting the teams in terms of skills.
- You will be responsible for technical support in EMEA, working closely with our own ScentAir teams (UK, Germany, Holland, France, Switzerland), as well as with our distributors (33 today) and international technical partners (16 today).
- You will coordinate installation and service activities, training, technical support and sales support.
- You will report to the Director of Operations EMEA.
Your main tasks:
- Build and deploy standards for the technical function
- Optimize and implement the appropriate tools (Go Canvas, SalesForce) and procedures to simplify communication, data collection, decision making, compliance with regulations, ensure traceability.
- Coordinate and ensure timely scheduling of field technicians and subcontractors for customer installations and service requests.
- Seek out technical partners abroad,
- Ensure a high level of competences is maintained in the technical team, including external suppliers.
- Assist the EMEA sales teams with your technical recommendations.
- Advise management on technical issues, performance improvement plans
- Manage KPI's, participate in the development of dashboards and reporting channels.
Your profil:
You have a technical background, installation and service of HVAC or electrical systems, and have at least 5 years of successful experience in similar functions in a structured company.
You will be recognised for your professionalism, combining humility and ambition, and you will be able to demonstrate versatility, rigour and assertiveness.
Taking initiative and managing priorities are part of your comfort zone.You are organised, methodical and a good listener. You have a sense of customer service, cooperation and team spirit.
You are professionally curious, you move forward with confidence, proposing new projects with a view to their development and appropriation by the teams.
Your excellent level of English (imperative) allows you to develop relationships with colleagues and partners abroad.
