Product Manager Iberia
LEO Pharma has embarked on an ambitious journey to become a leading thrombosis company, improving the lives of people around the world - and that's why we need you.
As a product manager you will Lead the Marketing Strategy and Tactics of the assigned therapeutical area: Thrombosis.
Become the Responsible to achieve marketing objectives according Thrombosis Iberia and Global Thrombosis Strategy.
Facilitate hospital access and conversion strategy and implementing initiatives to support it.
Your role
- Actively participate in Business Unit Thrombosis Strategy. Market knowledge including sales and competitors to find opportunities to help achieve the Business Plan and Marketing Plan.
- Implement the Commercial Operations Plan Thrombosis Iberia.
- Propose strategies and tactics that may lead to a product market share improvement.
- Propose initiatives that may lead that more patients can benefit from the products. Propose patient centric projects/activities.
- Work on a Brand Team on a regular basis as well as cross functional teams (Patient Insights, Market Access, Regulatory ).
Your qualifications
- To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- University Degree (Health Science/Business Degree preferably).
- Desirable Master MBA, Marketing or similar.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Demonstrable experience in Marketing within the Pharma Industry in ethical products (at least 3 years).
- Ideally knowledge of the Thrombosis area.
- Ideally knowledge of sales, Market access and Pharma economic principles.
- Abilities in digital marketing and digital campaigns.
